*Please note that additional fees may apply if hair is extremely curly or longer than the bra strap, or hair that takes more than an hour, extensions, redo’s and style changes. Everything will be quoted prior to service.

Policies
Due to COVID-19, we are currently no longer traveling off-site for any events at the moment. All services must be done here at Spalenza. Bridal parties are more than welcome to bring snacks and drinks to still have an amazing time getting ready with us for their big day!
A 50% non-refundable deposit payment of the total services is needed to schedule your wedding services and is due at the trial appointment. The remaining 50% balance is due before the day of the wedding.
It is extremely important to make sure the appointments are 100% correct at the time of booking. The bride will be charged in full for all services booked for any person(s) who does not show up for their scheduled appointment times. For members of the wedding party that do not show up for their scheduled appointment services, there will be no refund given.
